Access Umstead

Due to the growth of Raleigh and surrounding areas the availability of safe and convenient access to our natural resources is in decline. Umstead State Park is conveniently located and is used by thousands of people every year. Recently, parking has become prohibited at 2 public entrances. The objective of this group is to reclaim these entrances and to insure that Umstead State Park remains a safe and easily accessible public resource in the future.
